Feeling twitchy today...

Can't really settle down to get anything done. Not that I don't have enough that *needs* doing, but I keep starting one thing, then another, then dropping both and picking up a book instead. >.>

Maybe it's the weather. It's been very hot and sultry and I think we're going to have a thunderstorm by evening.

Or maybe because my brain is running like crazy, coming up with a hundred different ideas and thoughts a second and not settling down on any one. I feel like I should write - but can't decide what. I'm in the office, and would much rather be outside. But when I'm outside, I feel like I should be in the office, working...

Gah!

Can I go back to bed and start the day over? >.>

I have days like that. Lots of them.
Not that it helps you NOW, but, for me it usually means I do in fact know what I want to be doing, and I'll know it when I start at it. I just haven't gotten to it yet.
I cycle through all the things I've been meaning to do lately, whatever they may be, and I always find one thing that I take to with determination. I get a lot done in that mode, but I absolutely cannot do anything else until I get that one thing that's nagging me done Lol.

Problem is, when I've got a day like that, I'll start things then drop them again, I'll pick something up then ignore it. I just can't focus on anything. It's best that I just ignore days like these and wait for them to pass... :)

It's been miserable here too... want to go walking, but it's just so bloody hot and humid, you feel like you can't breathe. Ugg. >_<;
